An aromatic and sparkling opening with notes of coriander, sage and bergamot. A spicy note of nutmeg emphasizes the gourmand component of the tonka bean. Forests of local trees with thousand-year-old trunks recall ancient uses and knowledge, such as the cedar tree and the guaiac tree.
